At LARTINAS, we want your arrival to feel easy. Our furnished homes come with the practical services you need to settle in and enjoy everyday life.
What is included?
A furnished private room, access to shared spaces, water, electricity, gas, internet, shared laundry facilities and support from our team. Cleaning is scheduled at the frequency specified in your agreement.
Stays and prices
Stays start from three months, subject to room availability and the terms of each home. Prices are monthly, shown in Brazilian reais (BRL), and cover the services specified in your agreement.
Security deposit
We generally request a security deposit equal to one monthly payment. Any remaining balance is returned within 30 days after your agreement ends and you have handed back the room and access items, with a breakdown of any justified deductions.
Payments
Monthly payments follow the calendar month, from the first through the last day. If you move in mid-month, the initial period may be prorated as set out in your agreement.
Shared living and visitors
We believe in respect, care, privacy and cooperation. Visitors are welcome with advance notice and subject to the building’s rules. Overnight guests require approval and must follow the terms of your agreement.
Moving out and documentation
Notice periods, cancellation and move-out arrangements are explained before signing. Each agreement specifies the home, room and dates of your stay.
