A home ready for you to move in.

Your LARTINAS experience includes a furnished private room, water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, a shared laundry area, scheduled cleaning and support from our team, as specified in your agreement.

A security deposit equal to one monthly payment. Billing follows the calendar month, with a prorated first period where applicable. House and visitor guidelines are shared before booking.
